Summary
Job Description:
Teacher shall deliver such class lesson stipulated by the School Director and/or Head Teacher up to and including 88 teaching hours per month. If teacher does office overtime activities, the hours will be counted towards unearned teaching hours up to the maximum amount as determined in the contract. Any hours beyond, will constitute overtime and will be paid accordingly. ESFLS will arrange classes and office work to reach the maximum number of hours. Under the course of nature teaching circumstance and situation of schools and Teacherfs, if ESFLS has not arranged the full teaching hours to teacher, teacher will keeps salary stated in the contract. Furthermore, teacher shall accomplished the arranged assignments on time and assure the superiority of his/her work.
Moreover, teachers are required to work up to 6 days per week from Monday to Sunday.Teacherfs may not take days off on weekends due to the high amount of classes on those days. Additionally, teachers who work 7 days a week can accumulate days off that they may use at a later date.
Teaching hours may be scheduled between the following times: 08:00 to 20:30 from Monday to Sunday. And it may schedule for both morning and afternoon classes on the same day.
Teachers are also responsible for attending and participating in workshops, school promotions and other activities in and outside of the schools when required. And it shall be treated as overtime.
This position requires you to work with students of all ages, although your primary focus will be young children. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, patient, creative, self-directed and motivated.
Primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Designing engaging lesson plans for each class, on a weekly and bimonthly basis in accordance with the ESFLS syllabus.
- This includes choosing class topics, children's songs for use in class and crafts, and creating games which are age appropriate and relevant to the class topic.
- Conducting classes in a professional, organized and engaging manner.
- Teaching demonstration lessons or allowing observation of existing classes by potential students.
- Participating in ESFLS Events, such as local field trips and holiday parties for students.
- Attending staff meetings and participating in continuing staff development.

Teaching schedule
Teachers are required to prepare sufficiently, so we ask that they arrive at the school 30 minutes before the first class. Teachers can usually leave work after the last class, even if it is before the shift time ends. Sometimes teachers will have demonstration lessons, which last 30 minutes to introduce a potential student to a proper class.
